The combined storage space for e-mail and personal web site per member is between 6MB and 10MB, which could be increased upon providing appropriate reasons. Cine Fans Net has no obligation to retain the Content of any email, web data or user session. Please be aware that Content may not be recoverable if lost or destroyed. Your are solely responsible for the backup of your data.

You agree that Cine Fans Net has no liability or responsibility for the deletion, loss, or failure to store any Content. In addition you must not misuse the storage space provided; the member can use the storage space for e-mail and web related files only.

3. PRIVACY

Cine Fans Net respects the privacy of its members. Cine Fans Net will not monitor or disclose the contents of private email communications, or disclose other identifiable information about you or your private communications, unless it is authorized by law. But Cine Fans Net may produce links to personal pages of its members and may also produce a directory service.
